Cobra Stimulus Package
Isn't it nice that "Unless you are involuntarily terminated, you will not be eligible for payment of 35% of the Cobra premiums for 9 months described in the Stimulus Package"? So, if someone is fired for sexual harassment, stealing from a company, etc., he/she are eligible for a 65% reduction for Cobra, but if someone is transitioning to another job (whether it be for higher pay or to jump from a sinking ship) he/she must pay the 100% premium rate.
